My Services:

  • Starting therapy is a significant step, and finding the right therapist is the most important part of that journey. A free 20 minute consultation is designed to make that decision easier for you.

    This isn't a therapy session it's a casual, no pressure conversation where we can get to know each other. It's your opportunity to ask any questions you have about my approach, my experience, and what working together would look like. I'll also ask a few questions about what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.

    By the end of our brief call, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're a good fit, and you can confidently decide on your next step.

  • Welcome to a safe, confidential space designed for you and allows you to participate with your therapist in your session from the comfort of your own home.

    Your session will take place via a secure video call. Simply click a private link at our scheduled time and you will be connected directly into a private virtual room with your therapist.

    A session will typically lasts 50 minutes.

  • What to Expect in Your In-Person Therapy Session

    Step into a calm, confidential, and comfortable space dedicated entirely to your well-being. In-person therapy sessions offer a direct, human connection in a private setting, The sessions are focused on providing a supportive environment in which you can explore your feelings, experiences, fostering personal growth and self-acceptance. Allowing you to fully engage in the therapeutic process without the distractions of your daily life.

    In person therapy happens at The Corner Rooms in Brighouse. Can be generally accessed by surrounding areas such as Halifax, Elland, Huddersfield, Kirklees and Bradford.
